These terms govern your use of the online booking service for Bookora, powered by the Bookora platform.
By making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking service.
2The Booking Service
Through this platform you can:
Book appointments with Bookora online.
Receive booking confirmations and reminders via email.
View and manage your upcoming appointments.
Purchase and use credit packs for services (where available).
3Your Responsibilities
When using the booking service, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone).
Attend your booked appointments or cancel in advance.
Treat staff with respect and follow the business's policies.
Use one account per person — do not create multiple accounts.
4Credit System
If Bookora offers credit packs:
Credits are purchased as packages with defined service eligibility.
Credits may have an expiry date. Unused credits expire and are non-refundable after expiry.
If you cancel a booking paid with credits, the credits are refunded to your balance.
Credits are valid only for the services and categories specified in the pack.
5Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation policies are set by Bookora. Please cancel appointments as early as possible to allow others to book.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your ability to book future appointments.
6Email Communications
By booking, you will receive transactional emails including booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices. These are operational communications necessary for the service and are not marketing. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while using the service.
7Limitation of Liability
The booking platform is provided "as is". While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The quality of services provided by Bookora is the responsibility of the business, not the platform.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the booking system.
8Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data is handled. Privacy Policy
9Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Athens, Greece.
For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Synigoros tou Katanaloti).
